1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using YuScan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. The Service

YuScan provides tools to scan, search, organize, and value Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards. Features include AI-powered card identification, collection management, deck building, and multi-marketplace price comparison. Features may change over time as we improve the App.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to form binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this App. By using YuScan, you represent that you meet this requirement and comply with all applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription terms, billing, renewal, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create within the App, including your card collections, deck lists, and scan history. We do not claim any rights over your content. We only process your data as necessary to provide the App's functionality.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access restrictions
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its data

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, or data. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Marketplace links to TCGPlayer, Cardmarket, and eBay may contain affiliate identifiers, and we may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

9. Card Data and Pricing

Card data, images, and pricing information are aggregated from multiple public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. Card prices fluctuate frequently and should be verified independently before making purchasing decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Kazuki Takahashi and Konami Digital Entertainment. Card images and names are the property of their respective owners. YuScan is an independent product and all app-specific content, design, and functionality are the intellectual property of YuScan.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that card recognition will be accurate, that pricing data will be current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

YuScan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on pricing data or card identification results.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
