YUSCAN IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR SPONSORED BY KONAMI DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT, KAZUKI TAKAHASHI, OR ANY OFFICIAL YU-GI-OH! ENTITY.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using YuScan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. The Service
YuScan provides tools to scan, search, organize, and value Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards. Features may change over time.
3. Subscriptions
Payments are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellations are governed by Apple.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee pricing accuracy, card recognition, or uninterrupted service. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Kazuki Takahashi and Konami Digital Entertainment.
