Does the Yu-Gi-Oh! card scanner work offline?

Yes. Card recognition and the downloaded card database work on the iPhone after the initial data setup, so scanning does not depend on a live server connection. Internet access is still needed to download database, model, and price updates.

Offline recognition is useful at events, shops, and trade nights with weak connectivity. Saved collections and decks remain available locally as well.
