During your Main Phase 2: You can remove 1 of these counters from this card, then target 1 "Rokket" monster in your GY; Special Summon it, but it has its effects negated, also banish it when it leaves the field. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this effect, except DARK Link Monsters.
