When your opponent activates a monster effect and you have "Mystical Space Typhoon" in your GY (Quick Effect): You can negate that effect, then if you have 2 or more "Mystical Space Typhoon" in your GY, you can destroy that monster. If "Mystical Space Typhoon" is activated while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card. You can only use each effect of "Radiant Typhoon Varuroon, the Vibrant Vortex" once per turn.
